We're here to help

Finding a way to safely get cars to our customers has been our #1 objective since the restrictions came into effect. We know just how critical it is to have a car to be able to support friends and family or to find a quiet place to exercise, away from crowds. 

I’m happy to say that thanks to the hard work of our team and our delivery partners, we can now deliver cars to our customers, safely. More information on that here. As there are several additional checks and cleaning jobs to do, it’s taking a little longer than usual – if you order a car that’s in stock, we’re aiming to deliver it at the end of June.

Because we know that things are still uncertain for many people, we won’t charge any fees if our customers need to cancel just if they let us know more than 24 hours before delivery.
